healthy v.s sugar. aka, the devil.
i try my hardest to eat healthy but i have a serious addiction to sugar. i am a baker for heaven sake. it makes loosing these few pounds a bit hard. sugar is the devil i tell you.
a few days ago i finally made my zucchini chocolate loaf. its rich and so moist. very yummy indeed.
also took a photo of my healthy lunch: one egg with cheese, cherry tomatoes and avocado. delicious.
my breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries, whole wheat toast and green tea.
just making some chocolate chip cookies.
1 cup margerine
1 cup brown sugar; cream together
add 1 egg, and a tsp of vanilla; mix well
add 2 cups of all purpose flour with 1 tsp of baking soda and 1/2 a tsp of salt
mix well, add 3/4 cup of chocolate chips
bake at 350 until golden brown. about 8 minutes.
thought i would try these muffins out. they’re peanut butter chocolate chip.
